On the southern coast of the island an unconventional rock formation of bright white lime stone rises from the azure blue waters of the Mediterranean: Petra tou Rominou. This is the mythical birthplace of Cyprus.
An der Südküste der Insel ragt eine eigenwillige Felsformation aus strahlend weißem Kalk aus den azurblauen Fluten des Mittelmeeres: Petra tou Rominou. Hier liegt die mythische Geburtsstunde Zyperns.
