Cyprus's most western tip, the Akamas peninsula Akamas, Cyprus , juts defiantly into the Mediterranean and is one of the last wild sceneries on the island. Only rutted roads for 4x4 vehicles lead into the uninhabited natural paradise with its deep canyons, bizarre coasts and lonely sandy beaches. No hotel and no restaurant ruins this pristine impression.
