Kumis#

In addition to tea and bread, Kumis, the traditional, slightly alcoholic drink of the shepherds, is served. It is made from mare's milk, which is fermented for one day and in doing so stirred again and again.
Neben Tee und Brot kommt Kymys, das traditionelle leicht alkoholische Hirtengetränk, auf den Tisch. Es besteht aus Stutenmilch, die einen Tag lang vergoren und dabei immer wieder umgerührt wird.
