After the Romanesque monastery was destroyed by Napoleon's troops at the beginning of the 19th century, it was reconstructed in neo-Renaissance style.
Nachdem das romanische Kloster Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts von den Truppen Napoleons zerstört wurde, machte man sich an den Wiederaufbau im Stil der Neorenaissance.
