From Isafjördur to the Latrabjarg bird cliffs at the westernmost point of Europe, the landscape changes. Less, but broader fjords flow around mighty ridges and the road no longer conducts around them, but across them. One mountain pass comes after the next.
Von Isafjördur bis zum Vogelfelsen Latrabjarg am westlichsten Punkt Europas ändert sich der Charakter der Landschaft. Weniger, aber breitere Fjorde umfließen mächtige Bergrücken und die Straße führt nicht mehr um sie herum, sondern über sie hinweg. Ein Pass folgt dem nächsten.
