Hinter dem Ort führt ein schmaler Pfad tiefer in die Schlucht, bis man nach halbstündiger Wanderung eine Gruppe von Höhlenkirchen erreicht. Die Gotteshäuser dienten der Dorfbevölkerung einst als Zufluchtsort vor Piratenüberfällen.
Behind the village a small path leads further into the valley, until after a half an hour walk a group of cave churches is reached. They were once used as a sanctuary from pirate raids by the village´s population.
