The appearance of the island was not destroyed by the relatively late start of tourism. On Samos one searches in vain for huge tourist blocks and tourist ghettos.
Auch hier hat der relativ spät eingesetzte Touristenboom das Gesicht der Insel nicht zerstört. Riesige Bettenburgen und reine Touristenghettos sucht man auf Samos vergeblich.
