Eine Besonderheit von Malia bilden Opfersteine, runde Blöcke mit napfartigen Eintiefungen, in die wahrscheinlich Produkte der minoischen Landwirtschaft gelegt wurden: verschiedene Samen, Wein, Öl, Brot und Wolle.
A special feature of Malia is made up of sacrificial stones, round blocks with cup-like depressions, probably containing products of Minoan agriculture: various seeds, wine, oil, bread and wool.
