St. George was built in the 11th century. from 1718 onwards, the church was converted to Baroque style in connection with the construction of the Jesuit college, and was plentifully decorated with stucco.
St. Georg entstand im 11. Jahrhundert. Die Kirche wurde ab dem Jahr 1718 im Zusammenhang mit dem Bau des Jesuitenkollegs barockisiert und reichlich mit Stuck ausgestaltet.
