Großcomburg - St Michael's Chapel#

On the upper floor of this gate the St. Michael's chapel was built in Romanesque style. Dating back to the first construction phase of the monastery around 1125, it was later partially rebuilt and therefore also shows elements of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque style.
Im Obergeschoß dieses Tores wurde die Michaelskapelle im romanischen Stil erbaut. Sie stammt aus der ersten Bauphase des Klosters um 1125, wurde später teilweise umgebaut und zeigt daher auch Elemente aus Gotik, Renaissance und Barock.
