Seligenstadt - Town Hall#

Renovated in 1823, the town hall on the market square stands out amonst all the timber-frame houses as the only classicist building with its high arcades. Its tower goes back to the old parish church, which was torn down in 1812 when the town parish took over the Einhard-Basilika.
Renoviert im Jahre 1823, steht das Rathaus als einziges klassizistisches Gebäude mit seinen hohen Arkaden auf dem Marktplatz unter all den Fachwerkhäusern Sein Turm geht auf die alte Pfarrkirche zurück, die im Jahre 1812 abgerissen wurde, als die Stadtpfarre die Einhard-Basilika übernahm.
