On the top of the memorial there is a golden statue of the first president. Once within 24 hours and with widespread arms the omnipotent dictator turns on his own axis to always look at the sun.
Auf der Spitze des Denkmals befindet sich eine goldene Statue des ersten Präsidenten. Mit weit ausgebreiteten Armen dreht sich der allmächtige Diktator innerhalb von 24 Stunden einmal um die eigene Achse, um so stets in Richtung Sonne zu blicken.
