Nach stundenlanger Fahrt wirkt eine kleine Raststation wie eine Fata Morgana inmitten der einsamen Hochgebirgswüste. Schnell ist der Tee aufgebrüht und das scharf gewürzte Tandoori, ein in Joghurt und Gewürzen mariniertes Fleisch, gart im Lehmofen. Hier wird es als Geschnetzeltes mit Reis und Kartoffeln serviert.
After hours of driving a small rest house acts like a mirage in the middle of the lonely high mountain desert. The tea is quickly brewed and the spicy tandoori, a meat marinated in yoghurt and spices, is cooked in the clay oven. Here it is served as meat cut into strips with rice and potatoes.
