Mit spirituellen Texten und Gebetsformeln beschriftete Platten, die sogenannten Manisteine, werden von Pilgern an heiligen Orten hinterlassen, oftmals in Zusammenhang mit der Verehrung einer kleinen Götterstatue.
Plates inscribed with spiritual texts and prayer formulas, the so-called mani stones, are left by pilgrims in sacred places, often in connection with the worship of a small statue of the gods.
