Kein Mangel herrscht an süßen Versuchungen. An fast jeder Ecke wird Tschurtschchela angeboten. Das Konfekt besteht aus einer Kette von Wal- oder Haselnüssen, die bis zu zehnmal in eine süßsaure Traubensaft-Kuvertüre getaucht wird. Nach einer Trocknung an der Sonne reift das Gebilde zwei bis drei Monate nach und wird dabei butterweich.
There is no shortage of sweet temptations. Tschurtschchela is offered on almost every corner. The confectionary consists of a chain of walnuts or hazelnuts dipped into a sweet and sour grape juice couverture up to ten times. After drying in the sun, the structure matures for two to three months, becoming really soft.
