Besonderen Wert legten die Mönche auf die Bevorratung von Wein. Dass die Stimmung hier immer von frommer Demut geprägt war, kann man sich kaum vorstellen, wenn man weiß, dass jedem der gottesfürchtigen Brüder pro Tag eine Ration von eineinhalb Liter Wein zustand.
It was particularily important to the monks how the wine was stockpiled. One can barely imagine, that the mood here was always one of devouted humility, especially if one knows that every pious brother got a ration of one and a half liters of wine every day.
