Mit einer eigenwilligen Mischung aus Orient und Okzident verführt die Innenstadt von Batumi zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen. Die Häuserensemble aus dem 19. und frühen 20. Jahrhundert blieb von allen Kriegen verschont. Im Zentrum des Theaterplatzes erhebt sich ein Brunnen mit Meeresgott Poseidon an der Spitze. Er blickt direkt auf das Schauspielhaus von Batumi.
With an unique mix of Orient and Occident, the city center of Batumi seduces to go for leisurely walks. The group of houses from the 19th and early 20th century was spared by all wars. In the center of Theater Square rises a fountain with the god of the sea Poseidon at the top. He looks directly at the theatre of Batumi.
