Guarded by lions eleven meters high the Southern gate opens toward the foot of the Singuttara hill. Behind that 165 steps lead toward the entrance of the Pagoda structure.
Bewacht von 11 Meter hohen Löwen, öffnet sich das Südtor am Fuße des Singuttara Hügels. Dahinter führen 165 Stufen bis zum Eingang des Pagoden-Komplexes.
