Armenia has a three thousand year long history, at some stage encompassing some one million square kilometers from the Caspian to the Black sea. Facing many occupations and have now resulted in Christian country (the first country world-wide to adopt Christianity as state religion in 301) with enormous economic difficulties since declaring its independence of Russia in 1991.
