Übrigens: Die Italiener gehörten zu den drei größten Einwanderungsgruppen in der Zeit der großen Immigrationsbewegungen zwischen 1820 und 1920. Damals fanden 6 Millionen Deutsche und je 5 Millionen Iren und Italiener eine neue Heimat in den Vereinigten Staaten.
