St. Charles Avenue is a thoroughfare in New Orleans and famous for the dozens of mansions that adorn the tree-lined boulevard. It is also home of the St. Charles Streetcar Line. St. Charles Avenue is one of the chief Mardi Gras, a major New Orleans festival, parade routes.
