Angels Flight 34.0512968,-118.2503773 is a 2 ft 6 in (762 mm) narrow gauge funicular railway in the Bunker Hill district of Downtown Los Angeles. It has two funicular cars, Sinai and Olivet, and has operated on two different sites. The original Angels Flight location connected Hill Street and Olive Street and was operated from 1901 to 1969. The second location was opened nearby to the south in 1996 and connected Hill Street and California Plaza. After a fatal accident in 2001 it was closed but reopened nine years later on March 15, 2010. It was closed again in 2011, reopened in the same year and after another small incident closed again on September 5, 2013.
