Stearns Wharf 34.4118897,-119.691069 is a pier in the harbor in Santa Barbara, California. Upon completion in 1872 it became the longest deep-water pier between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Storms and fires destroyed it several times, the last time in 1998 a fire destroyed the last 150 feet of the wharf including the restaurant built in 1941. The rebuilding took over two years. Stearns Wharf stands today as Santa Barbara's most visited Landmark.
