Here the young people though get a good education, but if the dismal political and economic situation in Zimbabwe does not improve in the long run, at least 90% of them will not find a job. But without education, the chances of escaping the poverty trap, are even lower. Even the Mugabe government has recognized this and payed more attention to the school system again. But there is still a lot to be done until Zimbabwe reaches the 1980 level again, where the land was considered to be Africa's paragon of educational.

Hier bekommen die Jugendlichen zwar eine gute Ausbildung, doch wenn sich die triste politische und wirtschaftliche Lage Simbabwes nicht nachhaltig verbessert, werden mindestens 90 % von Ihnen keinen Job finden. Aber ohne Ausbildung sind die Chancen, der Armutsfalle zu entkommen, noch geringer. Das hat sogar die Regierung Mugabe erkannt und dem Schulwesen wieder mehr Beachtung geschenkt. Doch es bleibt noch viel Arbeit, bis Simbabwe wieder den Stand von 1980 erreicht, wo das Land als afrikanisches Bildungs-Vorbild galt.
