Granite Rocks#

In the middle of the plantation, a huge granite monolith rises 40 meters up to the sky. The rock was formed 700 million years ago deep in the bowels of the earth from a rock conglomerate under high temperatures and high pressure. Since tectonic processes have transported the granite boulder to the earth's surface, wind and rain model its surface into bizarre structures.
Inmitten der Plantage ragt ein riesiger Granitmonolith 40 m in den Himmel. Der Felsen entstand vor 700 Mio. Jahren tief im Erdinneren aus einem Gesteinskonglomerat unter hohen Temperaturen und großem Druck. Seit tektonische Vorgänge den Granitblock an die Erdoberfläche transportiert haben, modellieren Wind und Regen seine Oberfläche zu bizarren Strukturen.
