Teff is not only the basis for the production of beer, but also for the Ethiopian national dish 'Injera'. Mixed with water, the sour dough ferments for a few days before it is baked in a small oven to flat cakes.
Teff dient nicht nur als Grundlage der Bierherstellung, sondern bildet vor allem die Basis für das äthiopische Nationalgericht 'Injera'. Mit Wasser vermischt fermentiert der Sauerteig ein paar Tage, bevor der dann in einem kleinen Ofen zu dünnen Fladen gebacken wird.
