Life expectancy, although with 71 years much lower than in industrialized countries, is at least twice as high as in ancient times. The reason for this is a free basic medical care for all residents. However, 1,800 people on average have to share a doctor, 7 times more than in Austria.
Die Lebenserwartung liegt mit 71 Jahren zwar deutlich niedriger als in den Industriestaaten, aber immerhin doppelt so hoch wie in der Antike. Grund dafür ist eine kostenfreie medizinische Basisversorgung für alle Bewohner. Jedoch müssen sich im Schnitt 1800 Menschen einen Arzt teilen, 7 x mehr als in Österreich.
