Although practiced for thousands of years, in the high-tech country of Taiwan fishery nowadays only plays an economically subordinate role. But you cannot think of a menu without seafood and therefore the local fish markets enjoy brisk demands.
Obwohl seit Jahrtausenden praktiziert, spielt der Fischfang im Hochtechnologieland Taiwan heute nur mehr eine wirtschaftlich untergeordnete Rolle. Von der Speisekarte ist das Meeresgetier jedoch nicht wegzudenken und daher freuen sich die regionalen Fischmärkte über regen Zulauf.
