The Palazzo Vecchio (Old Palace) Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Florenz, Italien , built between 1298 and 1314, is the traditional seat of the Florentine government. Its Torre dArnolfo (Arnolfo Tower) is 94m (308 ft) high and is a symbol of the city.
The building, which stands on the Piazza della Signoria, is fronted by several famous statutes.
