It is no longer possible to avoid Jolibee. The purely Philippine concern is expanding fast and delights the population with more than 600 burger restaurants in the whole country. Consequently soft drinks are preferred besides drinking water. Drinking tea is not widely spread in contrast to other Asian states. Instant coffee is more popular.
An Jolibee kommt man hier unmöglich vorbei. Der rein philippinische Konzern befindet sich auf steilem Expansionskurs und beglückt die Einheimischen mit mehr als 600 Burger-Restaurants im ganzen Land. Demzufolge trinkt man neben Wasser auch bevorzugt Soft-Drinks. Im Gegensatz zu anderen asiatischen Staaten ist Tee kaum verbreitet. Viel lieber greift man zu Pulverkaffee.
