Huge fortification near Bampour / Lehmfestung bei Bampur #

This fortification near Bampour Bampour, Sistan Va Baluchestan, Iran is said to have been used also by Alexander the Great. But the hill was inhabited alread in the 3 rd millennium B.C. and was used also much later for fortifications.
Diese Festungsanlage soll auf Alexander den Großen zurückgehen. Der Hügel wurde allerdings schon im 3. Jahrtausend vor Christi besiedelt und auch später noch genutzt.
