Delicious edible caterpillar: This caterpillar has approximately the size of a finger. They are collected, cooked and eaten as a meat pulp or dried, in which case they can be chewed (with relish?) like small, hard sausages.

Delikate essbare Raupe: Groß wie Finger sind diese Raupen. Sie werden gesammelt, gekocht, und dann als Fleischbrei gegessen oder auch getrocknet. Sie können dann wie kleine harte Würstchen (genußvoll?) zerkaut werden.
