Unübersehbar thront die Wallfahrtskirche Panagia Agrokiliotissa über den Feldern der Bauern. Nur durch Spendengelder finanziert soll hier die größte Pilgerstätte der Kykladen entstehen. Ziel der Gläubigen ist eine wundertätige Ikone, die man in der alten Kapelle gefunden hat.
The pilgrimage church of Panagia Agrokiliotissa prominently towers above the peasants' fields. Funded only by donations, the largest pilgrimage site in the Cyclades is to be built here. The destination of the faithful is a miraculous icon found in the old chapel.
