Ausgrabungen am Gelände der Basilika förderten sogar antike Mosaike zutage. Vermutlich schmückten sie einst den Speisesaal einer römischen Villa.
Excavations on the site of the basilica even revealed ancient mosaics. Presumably, they once adorned the dining room of a Roman villa.
